Question:

Brakes Squeeking on My New Motorcycle?

I just got a brand new Triumph Scrambler a few weeks ago, and the rear brakes have begun squealing like crazy every time I roll to a stop; It‘s starting to happen on the front brake now too. The squealing starts at about 10 mph, and goes all the way to 0 mph. What‘s going on here? I am a novice rider, so I will accept the likelihood that I‘m at fault here. However, I have been taking it pretty easy with this bike since it is still in its brake-in period. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Answer:

which ever u prefer all the same except in the sound its all in what u want
I would talk to your Triumph dealer. The bike's under warranty and brakes shouldn't squeal. It may be that you are being too easy on this bike. Brakes need to break in too and they won't do that if you don't use them. Brakes aren't meant to be used gingerly all the time. You may have glazed them if you aren't giving them a work out.
