What you may have is scrap metallic on wheels. It has four wheels, so sure, it is a 4-wheeler. If you happen to manage to get it walking, and it goes throughout multiple terrains, then you could name it an All Terrain automobile. Correct now, it is a porch decoration. Since it has a briggs & stratton, i'm wager an individual constructed this in their garage, and all the pieces are materials from anywhere. So, cobbling together portions from some thing else you will see that and figure out easy methods to mount it. Or, go beg the prior proprietor to take it back.
