Does anyone know of a small press that accepts poetry manuscripts and fiction semi-based on a real life experience? What does everyone think of self-publishing? What does that cost the author (ball park figure)? Does Amazon and places like that get to sell your book? How would an author self-publishing get the book to be sold at a Barnes and Noble store? Trying to educate myself. Thanks!
