Question:

can cans be recycled?

not soda cans but the kind that stores vegetablesi'm not sure if they are made out of aluminum or what they are made oftin comes to mind but not sureor maybe they can be used for something else but what about the sharp edges? i feel bad because i go through a lot of these esp since we've had a baby (from his formula).

Answer:

YesThe cans are probably made out of steel or aluminumSteel will stick to a magnet; aluminum will notThe paper label will have the recycle symbol (triangle of 3 bent arrows)If you open the can so not all the lid is cut off then fold the lid into the canIf you completely remove the lid then push it into the inside base of the canI rinse out my cansI crush the cans a little to keep the lid inside - I don't want anyone (especially the Collector person) to get cutI've tried the can opener that cuts just below the side rim of the can but I found I cut myself too often on the ragged side left.
R stands for Resistances both are rated at 11 .
False - they both have the same R- value so one does not insulate better than the other if exposed to the same situation With fiberglass insulation two things lower the R value (1) compression and (2) moisture
In garage doors, you want an insulated doorThey are quieter, last longer, and have better warrantiesHaas Doors have the best r-values, with the range from 6.5 to 14Most people go with the middle of the road, which is 10-12Also, you want to make sure that the windows that come with it,(if you want them) are insulated as wellIf you have living quarters above your garage, I would definately recommend a belt drive openerThey are super quiet, and you wont be disappointed.
They're the same, if installed according to the directions.
