Question:

can fire alarms/carbon monoxide detectors go off by human presence?

so at least once a week in the middle of the night when i walk below this stupid fire alarm it goes off, it says testing and goes through the whole alarm spoken fire fire, then goes to the last carbon monoxide level and does its alarm.it is sooooo weird, scares the H*** out of me every time, i replace the battery then it does it again a week later. But it only seems to do it when i walk underneith it at night, im now gong to start going in my room through my window, ps. we had the fire department come to our house at one point because of carbon monoxide and they said that it was one of the best alarms out their, it matched their detectors to decimal point. also it does have a different warning when the battery is low, it will actually tells us that the battery is low/

Answer:

It is illegal to block a fire hydrant pretty much everywhere that I know of. You can notify the police who can leave a ticket and or have it towed away.
No, you can park there, but your car can't block access to the fire hydrant.
I'm 80% positive that its illegal.
I don't remember Is that the standard crib mattress size? If it is, then here is what I did I found the cheapest new mattress, then I went up one level in price. (I don't get all wrapped up over fancy names. If its a firm and certified mattress, go as cheap as you can) I did that twice, and each mattress was used for two kids (one at a time) I probably could have used the same mattress for a third or even all four of my kids, but there was a divorce in the middle Each kid used the mattresses in the crib and then in the toddler bed My youngest is now 5 and has been in a twin bed for almost 3 years now
yes - it is illegal to park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant in san diego yamhill.ucsd.edu/TPS/PDFs/Rulesan (page 3 4)
