Like jake said, replace the center section with a longer piece, but in addition you probably want to replace the ferrules in the compression couplings (small plastic flat donut looking thing). They tend to get brittle over time.
you will know when you unmold the soap (12-24 hours later) if you've got a problem - if it crumbles when you try to cut it to much lye was used, if it slices like butter your batch turned out perfectly just cut and let cure for 4 weeks for best use.
