Answer:

Definitely SingaporeThey have got brilliant service.
Either Singapore Airlines or Cathay Pacific, especially in 1st or business class are arguably among the very best airlines in the worldThey both have amongst the best 1st class seats and service and both have full flat beds in business class as wellBoth airlines win world's best airline awards more than any other airlinesIf you're flying economy class, they both have great service, food and in-flight entertainment, but don't expect any more legroom than most other airlines If you fly business or 1st class on Cathay Pacific, you will have lounge access before your flights and the Cathay lounges in Hong Kong are amongst the most luxurious in the worldCheck out their websites to see what they offer.
Air New Zealand fly to London from Hong Kong and are an excellent airlineNot an obvious choice for a Hong Kong flight but one people in the know go forThey are the current ATW airline of the year for 2010They were also awarded the title of, best airline, at the 2010 Which awardsI've flown that route on the way back from NZ a few times now and really cannot fault them.
First of all can I say that this is a very strange routing and I doubt if any one airline would accommodate youThe problem is the Singapore and Hong Kong legsSome airlines will do one or the other and then on to Sydney but not bothSingapore Airlines is the carrier which could take you via SingaporeThey do fly to Hong Kong but not on a routing to SydneyCathay Pacific, the carrier for Hong Kong could do the same via Hong Kong but no direct routing which takes in SingaporeFlying Business Class or First will give you the highest level of comfort on any routing.
of course you can i always use those when I bring a cake somewhere and do not want to bring home pansjust be careful with with the time that you leave it in the oven it may not take as long since the pans are thinner.
