I have an iTrip but would like to control what song plays by skipping forward and back without having to fumble with the device.
More than likely not. You would need a radio that you can plug a full control ipod cable into it. Most new good aftermarket radios have this option,and some even come with the cable.
Well what you can do if you are set on that type of control then you can get a special cable that you connect to your head unit and plug your iPod into. You can stop by car toys or another car audio shop and they'll know what you mean. I hope this helps!
