Question:

Can I file a civil suit for harassment by a former coworker who had me fired?

I have been with the company for over 10 years. I have a co-worker who has been there for maybe a year or so (quit once and came back) who wants me gone and she wants my position which is up from her. She has relatives who work at the store and has become best friends with everyone from my manager and his wife, the DM, to everyone else at the store. Between her and one other employee, it has been a witchhunt to get me out of there. They complain about everything I do and since she is friends with the mgr. and everyone, I have no allies left in the store.I don't even know why they hate me so much or what I did to start all of this but most likely, I will be getting fired now for something totally stupid. I use to be a manager and have had a pretty good record with the company but the past few months have been hell there and I tried to stick it out. Could I file a suit against the employee or the company for the harassment which ultimately caused me my job?

Answer:

You can do those little rubber bracelete thingys, every teenager loves gum, glow sticks, and candy! Everyone loves candy! Good luck with your party :)
fire can best be put out by depriving it of oxygen. without air the fire simply dies. the other way is to deprive the fire a viable medium that is were water and other fire retardant devices come in. for example if a grease fire happens on your stove the last thing you want to do is pour water on it. trust me it will only make it worse. but if you smother it with a pot lid or pour salt on it the fire has nothing to burn.
