I got a ticket for parking too close to a hydrant. ( i thought there was enough room, as it is by a hospital, in a neighborhood, but employees ALWAYS park in this neighborhood. and i know for a FACT that ive seen others park exactly where i parked that day. .well anyways, at the end of the day i get to my car to see i got that crumy ticket.can i get an attorney for this? or am i out 250.00? I already tried to appeal it, but they didnt want to hear it.so, what else can i do?
