Question:

Can I make jewellery with a stone I found ?

Does anyone have any idea about making a charm for a bracelet or making a pendant for a necklace with a river stone I found ? It is very smallperhaps 0.5 x 1 cm .Does anyone know the best way to make it a charm ? Do I have to make a hole in it ?

Answer:

get a hobby, join an exercise group, answer point less questions on here :D
Wire-wrapping is your best bet for thisIf you try to drill it without any experience, you may easily shatter the stoneWire-wrapping, however, won't hurt the stone even if you make an absolute hash of itGet some craft wire and play with itSee how best to wrap this stoneI like to make a twisted loop almost in the middle of my wire, put that at the top, and then wrap the ends around the stone a few different ways to secure itSee what works for you If you position your loop so your chain can go through it, and if you make it big enough for the ends of the chain to go through easily, then you won't need a jumpring.
count your blessings, than drive to Vegas lol.
