Question:

Can I/should I take legal action against my apartment complex?

Last year my room mates and I forgot to pay the gas bill and they shut it off. When the gas company came to turn it back on, they found that our heater was spewing carbon monoxide. We had our heat on for 3 days before the gas got shut off and I was getting headaches. If it never got shut off I just might be dead now.The apartment maintenance people came and fixed it so we could have heat again. This year, again, our gas got shut off for a few days. When the gas company came to turn it back on, they realized that it was STILL leaking carbon monoxide. Thankfully, it hasn't been cold enough for heat yet.Could legal action be taken since dangerous gasses have been leaking in our apartment for a year after the problem was 'fixed'? Could We hire a more competent repair person and have them bill the apartment complex instead of us?

Answer:

Oh yeah, that is when role playing comes into the picture.
All is fair, but playing dirty is even more fun.
Make sure you have the latch installed correctly. The part that comes out of the door (latch) can be installed upside down allowing you to just push the door open. But if that were so, you would have to turn the door knob to close the door. Make sure the latch aligns with the striker plate opening on the door jamb - most likely fault.
i don't really show off-i just dress in what i feel comfortable in-i've been 2 self conscious about how i looked' until i got my fiancee- but this year at the beach(i just got back)on my vacation w/parents, it was flip-flops a halter top, shorts and bikini, (natural booty)-lol, oh and one of those skirts -karizmedesign, that u can wear 100 ways as a top, dress, shawl, skirt, etc. etc.
Yes, as long as you have rubber sheets on the bed.
