Question:

Can I substitute bundt pan for rim pan when making cheesecake with no crust?

Can I susbstitute bundt pan for rim pan when making cheesecake? Recipe has cottage, cream cheese, and sour cream, butter, flour ,Eggs etcwith no crust?Or maybe a pyrex dish?

Answer:

The only way you'd get it out would be to spoon it out, and that would be just messyThe idea of a rim pan, is so that you can take the rim OFF in order to serve itBetter than the bundt pan is to use a formed aluminum foil pan, and once the cheesecake is cooked, cut the side of the pan around the rim with scissors, and peel it down to serve the cheesecake.
Perhaps YOU should do your homeworkThen you won't be stupid and work for minimum wage all your life.
