Can i use my video card without the six pin power cable?

so my old psu fryed itself, and i just ordered a new one, i have another psu that i can use but its only 350 watts, it has no gpu connector, can i still use my computer without the power for the gpu, i have no onboard video and i have a radeon hd 6850 256 bit gddr5. and my cpu is a amd phenom 2 x6 (six core) 1045tthankyou

Please note HD 6850 is a high end gfx card and requires 6 pin power connector. if you want to fry you mobo - then use gfx card without 6 pin power!!!? while running the gfx card will try to take power fm mobo and that time to give support to gfx card your mobo will fry for sure. thanks

Erm, no. This is like asking if you can turn on your computer with no power plug connected...

I assume you are talking about using power directly from the MOBO? If so, no. You won't be able to. You need to have your graphics card plugged into the PSU as well as the MOBO.
