I work outside and have been told I can no longer wear shorts - Can they do this?? The trousers I wear are 3/4 length anyway so is it arguable they are not 'shorts' in any case??!!

It is physically impossible to have ANY water in her basement from a house 3 doors down, unless someone ran a hose into her basement from the house.. If she has ANY water in her basement, the problem is on HER property. An HONEST lawyer will REFUSE to take her case after explaining that her accusations CAN'T be legitimate.
Look for one in your phonebook! or online in your area wherever that is??
