Can someone tell me how to properly detox your body from smoking without hurting yourself?

I'm not a full-time smoker or drug user.But 3 days ago I did smoke marijuana to calm myself down and I do not smoke on a regular basis, I smoke maybe twice a year and I was really feeling the need to calm down.Now I have a job interview coming up and a drug test and I do not want to flush it out of my system with a bunch of pills that will kill me.On a daily basis I just started taking cranberry pills, Airborne and Fish Oil and I just added Niacin because I heard that helps but I am not over doing it on the Niacin because sometimes it can be a downer so I only take one pill a day with the others.I also drink a lot of water, milk and Gatorade.Also I am overweight but I have a decent Metabolism, no high blood pressure or anything else.
