Answer:

Most attics don't have a floorYou have to stand on the wood joistsIf you step between the wood joist then you could punch through the ceiling into the room below.
be careful not to fall you could break a bone
If your getting back flow of cold air or odor its all about what kind of fan you purchaseYou want a fan that opens and closes when the switch is onIts normal for bathroom fans to exhaust dirrectly into the atticYou can join it to you other vent exhaust system but that would just be more workAs long as your not getting backflow don`t worry about it because the air will find its way out.
You can stand in atticMake sure you stand on the joist (wood)The exhaust fan may need to be cleanedWhen the fan blades get dirt in them the fan will not exhaust the airTake the grill off and look for the screws that hold the fan together and remove from ceiling housing.
Melting point of iron 1539 degrees C (2082°F); melting point is reduced several hundred degrees by carbon and phosphorus content Average melting point of steel; this varies depending on the amount of carbon1370 degrees C (2500°F)Melting point of aluminum 660 degrees C (1220°F)As for bending, tempering and forging are complicated processes that can't be explained hereYou might want to get a book (or two or three) on these processesIf you have a blacksmith in your area you could also speak with him.
