In FocusHot Topics eTools OSHA requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to reduce employee exposure to hazards when engineering and administrative controls are not feasible or effective in reducing these exposure to acceptable levels. Employers are required to determine if PPE should be used to protect their workers. If PPE is to be used, a PPE program should be implemented. This program should address the hazards present; the selection, maintenance, and use of PPE; the training of employees; and monitoring of the program to ensure its ongoing effectiveness. Do you mean metaphor, or motto? My personal motto is just we eat, we sh*t, we sleep, we f*ck, we love, we work, and we die. That is all there is so try to get as much out of it as possible. Or don't, since it doesn't actually matter. Either way, I figure I might as well try to be as good of a person as I can be since I'm only here for a little while. But, it's tough, which is why I have to TRY to get as much out of it. There are days where it sounds so tempting to just down that whole bottle of sleeping pills and call it a day. I don't because I know it will destroy some lives, so I wake up each morning and try to truck on through the next day, each day, every day.
