Question:

Can you drive a car with locked brake calipers?

So I took my car in to get serviced and they found that the calipers on the front brakes were locked up. They said they were soaking them to try to get them to free up, however it was to no avail and now they have to replace the calipers, rotors, and pads. I found another shop that will do the same job for about $200 cheaper. I'm going to try and get my car from the original place tomorrow morning before they install the new parts and then take it to the cheaper place. Should the original place be able to put the calipers and everything back on so that I can drive it to the other place? If they can, are they going to charge me for the 3 days my car was there and they barely doing anything to it besides examining the calipers and brakes?

Answer:

written warnings first, then fire him if he does not listen
Delana Harvick wears a firesuit at every Sprint Cup race she attends. If it is worn at a race, technically it is considered race worn. At least she donated something to a worthy cause!
I think that you should talk to him about his behavior first and give him a warning. If he doesn't change then I suggest that you let him go.
