you could frame 2x2 walls and insulate with a r-30 and drywall overthe only problem is that you are going to loose some of your sq footage

i have done it a lot in resturants as long as you seal it in foilribs are done that way in Texas Roadhouse.it seems to seal the product better than just foil or a lid.i use it at home for a lot of items.good question.
