Question:

Car alarm went off on it's own?

My car alarm went off and then turned it self off. Is that possible or has that ever happened to any one? If so what caused it. Please help!!!

Answer:

If you use top tier fuels, you don't need it. Read in the internet about top tier fuels. The best gas additive is from Chevron. It REALLY cleans the fuel injectors and the inside of the intake manifold. Gum-out works well, too. Ask about top tier fuels wherever you buy gas!
they do work, but not necessary especialy the ones you buy from a parts store .you can buy gas from a store and it will have additives .it is a slow process .it is good when you buy a new car and you use the parts store brand if you use it on a regular basis it will help clean .
A fuel injector cleaner is always a good idea. Seafoam is one of the few that everyone agrees on. They are not necessary. Slick 50 and Marvel mystery oil and Rislone make people feel better but don't affect performance.
car alarms automatically turn themselves off after about a minute if they don't sense anything else. It's possibe that there was a moth in the car that flew past the sensor or something. It happens to everyone, don't worry.
Vibrations can trigger an alarm or someone hit, kicked or shook your car and left before you saw them. You may have a sensitivity adjustment on the alarm box.
