Answer:

No offense meant to any who answer, in the affirmative, but Tile is essentially glass, and other than some absorbtion by the grout, Tile (glazed) is completely NON porous. You will get answers that state YES, and links to various paint formulations, but I offer a suggestion. I tile and paint, every day of my life, NEVER together in the same sense. Take a piece of scrap tile, spend all the $$$ you wish on any Miracle, and put it on a floor, when dry, then walk on it for a time frame. Beyond the truth that some paints are designed for environmental conditions, Garage floor traffic, a Floor in a house suffers the same or more abuse than any other surface. Consider taime and $$ spent on having your nails done, only to get home, prepare a meal and scratch a nail. I suspect you'll be dissatisfied. Steven Wolf just my 2 sense Unless you're willing to remove the tile, find a piece of room size carpet to lay over.
Instead of re-painting your tiles why not change the colour scheme by laying a new pattern? A tip for removing old tiles is to break them with a hammer in the centre and then remove the broken pieces from the centre out to the joins, this way you wont damage any tiles adjacent to them! You can try different patterns without gluing them down, until you find the best pattern that suits you. Good luck and have a great day!
A-E correct F is physical G physical H is chemical because it is oxidizing
I would not recommend painting a tile floor with any kind of paint. The main problem with tile would be getting a good adhesive bond between the tile and the paint. Also I don't think you would be happy with the resulting look of the grout after painting. Maybe removing s few of the tiles and replacing them with a different accent color or pattern would give you the look you are after, and would wear much better than painting. The painted floor will show signs of foot traffic and wear after a short time and then you are worse off than you are now. GOOD LUCK!!!
