Answer:

Potatoes take 1 hour, turning over 1/2 way throughI'd do the chicken the same amount of time at 350 degrees after preheating.
Chicken breast for an hour at 350 would hammer itCook it for 1/2 hour and then check, it should be done.
however I would put an aluminum pan with some water below the grate of the grill to have moistureBest way, we do the following at home.steam it (simmer really low after reaching almost boiling first) with a mix of white wine, a little olive oil and 1/2 cup of water or prepared broth in a covered pot on top of the stoveMakes it really juicyIf you have a Dutch Oven the procedure I suggested on top of the stove can go in the oven and heat up with the baked sweet potatoes.
Set your oven to 400 degreesBake the sweet potato after you have pricked it with a fork and wrapped it in tinfoil for 30 minutesTurn the oven down to 350, wait a few minutes, put in the chicken breast (rub a little olive oil on it) and cook for 45 minutesLeave the potato in there and it will be done when the chicken breast isSounds like you will be eating good.
