brake fluid distributor LOL! No LOL
it sure can. you have a chance of blowing a line or hose and the master cylinder. also if you have rear drum brakes it can blow a wheel cylinder.
For the best answers, search on this site shorturl.im/awET9 Here is it all: Q: Should I get a short ram intake (SRI) or a cold air intake (CAI)? A: Here’s the breakdown: SRI + Easier to install; no need to take off bumper + Less chance of hydrolock + Adds a more aggressive sound + Slightly better throttle response compared to CAI + Usually cheaper than CAI + Looks cooler than CAI because you have a huge cone filter in your engine bay - Warmer Air than CAI CAI + Colder air; although it warms up a little as it goes up the tube + Adds a more aggressive sound - More chance of hydrolock than SRI - Throttle response is not a noticeable as a SRI (still there though) - Need to remove bumper to install (this only applies to some cars) In my opinion, I would have to say go with the CAI. But its your choice and decision.
cold air intake, can be semi dangerous ONLY if you don't have a mud/water sheild, reason is that water can get inside your cold air intake and hydro-lock your engine But i think short ram intake is better for everyday driving, because the only reason people think the cold air intake is better is because colder air comes from your wheel well, and short ram is coming from on top your engine and tempertures can be up to 180 degrees under your hood even while driving, so i have SHORT RAM INTAKE for everyday because short ram gives you a lil more hp/tq in the low-mid range RPM's while cold air intakes give you in the high RPM's, But if i was gonna get a intake i would get a WEAPON R, they recently did a test and it out performed all the 'popular' brands. SHORT RAM INTAKE.
