Question:

color to paint bathroom vanity?

bathtub and commode r white.white sink and chrome fixtures. hanging two mirrors above the vanity.vanity is in good shape.walls a pale blue called tranquility by benjamin moore.floor in dark wood.vanity top is beige...should I paint the vanity chocolate brown or black expresso the knobs and pulls r chrome also.square of round mirrors? any suggestions

Answer:

All depends on the look you want to go for. My bathroom has all the same stuff as yours and I painted my vanity white. Against the blue and the whit tub and toilet and chrome finishes, it makes for a really clean, sharp look. I went with square mirrors as I was going for a clean fresh look. If you were to paint the vanity brown I would probably go with round mirrors. If it were me and I had to choose between chocolate brown and black, I would go with the brown. I have always liked the look of brown and blue together.
Modern: Get a wood countertop and paint the cabinet white use one large mirror match the wall color for the rug add a punch accent color like orange. Using wood tones on the cabinet against the wood floor would be to much confusion.
