I usually dont write this descriptive but i actually wrote this on accident. The words just came out. Usually I come up with a topic or a type of poem i want to write before i write it but this one was different. So i want to know if i should continue to write this way. Also any comments or suggestions? thank you!The sour smell from the onion, never fails to make my porous eyes water.The salty liquid trickling down my baby soft cheeks, always outlining my lips, slowly and gently.Keeping steady pace, passing up mychin and fragile neck; the tear lingers upon my shoulder smallerthen before.When it's ready to leave, it travelsthrough my maze of freckles tothe blue vein pulsing with life onmy wrist.With a quick movement of my hand,the liquid continues to wander; theskin on my knuckles act like speedbumps and slow the tear down toa halt at my fingertips.Almost dried but not completely,it falls quickly to my feetand blends in; and still a new onion is cut.

You can buy an old fire hydrant from most municipalities. They do change them out periodically, and then they are trying to figure out what to do with the old ones. After that, low lying shrubs, stmps, rocks and whatever else you want. I'd put the path in in pea gravel. It is easy on their feet, and it someone does the big job on it, it is easy to clean up.
