Question:

Constipated but eat high fiber diet- any suggestions?

I have been constipated for over a week (only one small BM when typically I go every 1-3 days)I eat a healthy high fiber diet (about 40 g/day), so its certainly not caused by a lack of fiberI took a couple Dulcolax two days ago, and a couple Colace yesterday, but I'm still constipatedAny thoughts/ideas/suggestions? I don't currently have a doctor so I'm trying to avoid going if at all possible.

I have very severe constipation, and coffee helps somewhat for meGet something with a couple shots of espresso in itAlso, there's a tea you can buy that has Senna leaf in it that makes you go and makes your stool smootherI'll attach a picture of itIt doesn't taste great, so let it steep with a peppermint tea bag along with it or some other flavorful tea.
get a (blows warm air) maker - plenty safer! a hand ful or seeds ought to do a million or 2 parts, based how hungry you're! attempt heating a million tablespoon of oil in a deep saucepan, then including the corns- shake the pan (with a lid on!) to end burning.
