Question:

Constipated, yet diet high in fiber?

Answer:

Get an oreo take out the cream and put tooth paste!!
I realise that you are only trying to have fun, BUT, with the tense atmosphere in schools today, I would suggest that you keep your Jokes at home.
A low fiber intake is only one plausible cause for constipationAlthough increasing your fiber intake can alleviate it, you do want to make sure that you are adding fiber gradually to your diet and drinking plenty of waterLack of physical activity, certain medication changes, lifestyle or daily routine disruptions, and some medical conditions can also result in constipationYou may want to talk to your personal care provider about this issue to see if they can help identify the cause and an appropriate treatment.
