Question:

Constipation, weight loss, excessive exercise?

I'm constipated, eating high fiber foods doesn't really helpI suppose it has to do with my large amounts of exercisingI will continue with my training for another weekI'm not losing much weight due to the constipation it seemsOnce I quit all the exercise will I just go normally 1 or 2 times a day, and not lose all the weight I burned off, or will I go like 10 times and be relieved of all the crap (and weight) all the sudden?

Answer:

The exercise is not the problemPerhaps you are not adequately hydrating or eating properlyGatorade and other sports drinks help hydrate and replenish the electrolytes removed through perspirationElectrolytes are needed for the body to properly functionThe body also needs fiberEating foods high in fiber is great unless you hydrateInsufficient fluids will let that fiber solidify and then the stool is way too hard to pass on it's ownPrunes are high in fiber and will help you goThe answer to the last part is you will go back to normal once you add more water and sports drinks to your daily intakeYou may need some help getting that hardened stool to passI find a warm water enema retained for 15 minutes will soften the stool and allow for easier passage.
No it is not possible to weld Aluminum to anything but more aluminumSorry but nobody, not even Flowmaster uses Aluminum for mufflers, they use Aluminized Steel, which is totally different from straight Aluminum From Flowmasters website: Constructed of 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG-welded for maximum durability.
