I live in a rental that just plain freezes in the winterI have weatherstripped and sealed all the windows, doors, plugs and such.But I was wondering if I could have someone put in installation? I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to do it.Also, anyone have any guestimates what I would need in terms of materials etc?
