crafting in runescape and iron ores?

where do i mine iron ores and also how do i make gold rings, emerald necklace, emerald ring,sapphire ring and necklace, and ruby ring and necklace? plz help me! i dunno how. also gold necklace. HELP!! so far, i could make gold rings. i need help!
