Question:

Crazy car alarm?

The alarm of a neighbor's car goes off during the night at regular 2 min. intervals and each time it sounds for about 10 seconds, until he comes (after about an hour) and drives off. Is this a technical glitch? Or is it programmed to do that on purpose?

Answer:

Nokian Studs These are only available for larger rims, but they are unbeatable on ice (especially unexpected black ice) because the stud pattern is really effective! Without studs, ice is always going to keep hurting your knees (when the pedals 'swing through' as you lose grip), but these tyres really make you feel more confident about the surface.
Why would he get his license taken away for that? I mean, he didn't use his car for anything except for driving away from the scene. Anyways, the best thing to do is for you two to apologize for it. Say that you both are very sorry about it and that you two don't know what got into both of you. Say that it was an honest mistake that won't happen again. Then, ask him if there is anything you can do to make up for it. If he says yes, do what he sayswithin reason. Well, good luck!
