Answer:

if you need fiber in your diet and don't really want to eat too muchtry flaxseed oil or plain flaxseed and mix them with a shake or a smoothie.
ApplesRaisin Bran Cereal.
Vegetables have fiber- Broccoli, spinach, beans Bread has fiberI know bananas have fiber but not how much
Yes, you can do thisgreasing the bottom and sides of the muffin tin, or using a non-stick spray as suggested If these cupcakes are chocolate batter cupcakes (I don't know if they are, but just in case I wanted to suggest this), and you have cocoa powder (it will work similarly to flour), it will look better when these pop out, so that there is no tell-tale white flour on chocolate cupcakes (you want them to look as nice as possible since you don't have baking cups and the cocoa just blends in with a chocolate batter)If these are regular batter, not chocolate, the flour will work find, but be sure to use a basting brush to brush off extra flour Presentation-wise - if you need something like your baking cup, so when the kids handle them, they have something to hold onto, you can use aluminum foil, making cups by cutting out a roundALSO - if you happen to have ice cream cones in the house, you can also bake the cupcake batter INSIDE of the wafer style ice cream coneIt works nicely and is really cuteGood luck! :)
