You know I used to wonder about that too with different sleds/leg press equipment that I've used (and I'm familiar with the Cybex machine your referring to) and the more I tried to find out the more I got annoyed with the staff that just never knew.Anymore I just don't worrie about it and I just count the weight I've put on the equipment.Honestly unless it's like a compition it really doesn't matter.
