Answer:

No, this is definitely a better way then using a juicerWhen you use a juicer, you are losing the fiberWhich is an important part of your dietMost people don't get enough fiber.
Losing weight is 70% diet, 30% exerciseSo you need some exercise30 minutes a day, if you want to lose weight bad enough, you'll make the timeTips: 1) Go vegetarianFirst cut out everything but chicken and fish, then stop eating thatWatch Food, Incto practically instantly go vegetarian2) Count caloriesTo lose weight you have to eat less calories than you usually do3) Drink tons of waterIt makes you feel full4) Make a list of small goals, and big onesReward yourself5) Be restrictive every day and have one day off (but still, no junk food)6) Fruit is good! The sugar is naturalPretty soon a strawberry will look like a chocolate cakeTake care of your body, eat good foods, and you'll get results.
Yes its the same, except that the fruits are a little bit more distressed ;), going through the grinder and everythingJuicing and straining rids of the fibre, so you get more vitamins for similar quantity.
blending is as healthy as raw just don't leave out the skins that's usually where a good portion of the nutrients are !!!
as long as you put in all the fruit (including the skin for a lot of fruit and veg) you won't lose the nutrients, but you might lose quite a lot of the fibre.
