A couple summers ago I was riding my motorcycle home from work wearing a helmet, tshirt, shorts and some nikes and I realized how stupid I was so I bought a jacket and some cloves and such. Anyway I'm still buying more gear and I'm wondering if it would be worth buying racing grade gear. Are spine protectors necessary, or full body suits. I don't want to be all stiff every time I take the bike out but if it really makes a difference I would do it.

There isn't. The lock screens are part of the theme, and that is the theme that the author chose to use for the lock screen.
You will be found out if you lie on your application, sooner or later. It's better to always tell the truth, no matter how bad it may seem to you. Show them that you have corrected yourself from that lapse in judgment. It is still going to be an uphill battle for you to get a job handling any money, but at least you will have a clear conscience and not have to worry about them finding out your lies.
