I was given a plastic spoon with a dry mix for dip attachedAll I had to do was open the mix and add sour cream and mayoI would like to duplicate this or make other recipes but can't find anyAnyone have any ideas?

just take food rich in carbon and carbohydrates, and avoid fatty and high fibers for the mean time.
Your not supposed to eat till its stopped usually a full 24 hours , only drink water.
