Question:

Do all cars manufactured have car alarm?

Do all cars have a car alarm or after buying the car I have to separately buy my alarm system? When did they start putting in alarm systems?

Answer:

This info should be in your owners' manual. Usually, security alarms are optional, but security deveices are getting more and more common as OEM. Examine each model you're interested in for that option. Some do. Some do not.
No all cars do not have alarms. Many have anti-theft systems (requires a key properly coded via a built in chip or resistor to start vehicle). Alarm systems are not standard on all cars.
Contact a dealer. They may have a quick fix for that.
