Our Dyson Slim just broke down after two years of great clean-up... upon taking it in to a DYSON SPECIALIST... he informed us we needed to change the filters yearly as well as have a yearly maintenance check... I have never heard of this before, so I wanted to check into it to see if he was being truthful!
We have a Dyson and this is the first I have heard of it. I read the manual when we got it too. Is this guy trying to drum up business? Most vacuum cleaners you can do your own maintenance by keeping them clean.
