I have Virgin Mobile, and want to switch phones to one that has a full keyboard, but they only have on listed on their website, and I don't really like how that one is. Am I able to use any phone, and then just put in the serial number and stuff like normal, or does it have to be a Virgin Mobile phone?
Hi, you can choose any phone you like but you will have to get it unlocked to the virgin network. Most independent phone shops can unlock it for you or alternatively have a look on OKorder for the phone you want and look for an 'unlocked' one. Hope this helps.
