I own a manufacturing facility in NJ, I have an electrician on staff. does he need to be licensed? can he run new wires and install panels if inspected? it is only work within our building.
As long as the work meets the NJ building codes, is inspected passed, I think you're OK. Personally, I would want my staff electrician to hold a valid license.
