Question:

Do I need to make these repairs in order to get a FHA Loan?

My lender tells me that we can't close the escrow until these repairs are done. We are going to get our loan through FHA loan. I didn't think most of these repairs would affect getting an FHA home loan. Without socks! I get warmer without them
smaller pipe will be less airflow but the air will have more throw/velocity to it when it comes out, may even be noticeably noisier, but with 10 I would guess you should be alright depending on the set-up, how many ducts there are and the size of the equipment
You can't. Schools routinely block MySpace and other risky and time-waster sites. You'll get a few responses telling you to use a proxy, but most systems block proxies by default. The better blocking and access control systems block proxies by inspecting the traffic looking for proxified traffic so it doesn't matter how new the proxy is, it will not work. On top of that, we admins subscribe to the same mailing lists and use scripts to scrub for new proxies and add them to the explicit block lists. By the time you hear about a new proxy, I've already had it blocked. Be extremely careful of unknown free proxies. May of them are located in China, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Their real intent is to capture your logon credentials to the sites that you visit, not some altruistic desire to help you access blocked content for free speech purposes. They will then use that against you for all sorts of ugliness. Several of the so-called proxies that have been posted here are actually malware infested sites designed to hijack your machine (and maybe your school's entire network!) into a bot-net to be used to spread SPAM, malware and/or viruses.
Be glad they're doing you a favor because your time is more valuable for it to be wasted on that crap site.
