Question:

Do my cousins neighbors know she is listening to them through the wall?

My cousin has a crush on his neighbor and he puts his ear up to the appartment wall they share and listens to them. Is there any way they could know this? He said last night he heard a dull beeping noise and then thought his neighbor's boyfriend said he can hear us. I know he is messed up to do that in the first place, and now he's afraid they were suspicious and used a motion detector or a heat sensor to see if he was by the wall. Her boyfriend hunts, so he may have this kind of equipment. But I told him even if they did, that doesn't mean they know, because he could be in the bed leaning up against the wall, that doesn't mean he is listening to them. Is there any other way they could know?

Answer:

Dark comets? What will people think of next? There's no such thing as a dark comet.
There is no such thing as Dark Comets. Comets refelect light not emit light. Relax and have a nice hot cup of tea
3/4 and 1/2 PVC 3/4 and 1/2 CPVC PVC is cold water most use 1/2 so the water pressure won't be to strong and after a short period to time bust fittings loose. CPVC is hot water most use 3/4 the fittings are about the same size as 1/2 in PVC but will hold up in hot water. The PVC is white and CPVC is beige. Most usable fittings are: couplings, elbows, tees and reducers. Then you have drain pipes most popular is 11/2 some 11/4 but not as much as 11/2. you will need couplings, elbows, tees, y's, reducers. Most reducers or adapters go from 2 to 11/2. you will also need to carry some 2 clean out plugs. its good to have a good selection on hand, because if your know to have hard to find items then most plumbers and everyday do it yourselfers will buy everything they need from you and tell friends. But if you go buy the above items in larger quantities, then you should be good without tying a lot of money in inventory. Of course for a hardware store fittings are cheap and you can mark them up 100%.
While they do exist - it is just a term for comets that have lost the majority of their more volatile, reflective materials - dark doesn't mean we can't detect them. Dark objects absorb light very well, and would radiate heat as a result. We can detect that heat. They never said there are 3000 of them, read carefully. Estimate indicate that there should be around 3,000 total comets, but we aren't seeing that many. That doesn't mean we CAN'T see them - it likely means that they just aren't there. The articles are fairly short and don't in any way cover enough relevant information. There are many other reasons that a comet could fail to be seen - they break up, they hit other things, they get ejected from the solar system, etc.
