try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it offusually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
I didn't know they made outdoor window insulation kitsI can say the Indoor plastic kits work by trapping a layer of air between the window and the plasticAs long as the outdoor kit does the same thing, it should work as well.
