do we need to burn wii games to the disk to play games with configurable usb loader on wii.I don't know if i can.Tell me how to do it.

From what i know (which is from what i have seen and done with my dads and uncles wii's that has this) usb loader is an external hdd connected to the wii, and it runs the games from there. I dont know how to hack it, but most problems like so, can be fixed via google.
