Do you Considered it Swimming if you are using a lawn/garden Sprinkler or Fire Hydrant to cool off?

Answer:

We paint roofs white in desert climates to reflect the heat. I would think it would have to help in some way. In fact I believe it has been suggested.
It would help a little bit, by increasing the Earth's overall albedo. Not much, however. Not enough houses, and albedo isn't a large enough component of global warming.
That would increase the earth's albedo and it might make a small difference, but not much compared to the increase in the Earth's temperature that comes from our greenhouse gas emissions. It would be better to put solar panels on the roof and use the electricity, rather than burning coal or fossil fuels to produce it.
I would say you don't need any cardio. With a high metabolism, like me, you don't want to do a cardio, because you'll start burning your muscle. As for your abs, those muscles can be worked out with every workout. They take a lot of exercise to really be over worked, trust me, it takes a lot of time and exercise. Do machine exercises, or captain's chair exercises. You'll shred and tear your abs up. As for your routine, it is a solid. You break it up, and make sure to give proper muscles a rest, so there is nothing that needs to be done there. I only hope you are getting enough calories, and protein in your diet to support this.
How different do you think this picture would look if houses had mirrors on their roofs?
