Do you shower before bed or in the morning?
Before bed because it is better to clean yourself after a whole day of germs and what not. But sometimes I'll shower in the morning because it wakes me up and its refreshing, just sucks waking up earlier !
Before bed. I could NOT go to bed all germy. My bed is my sacred place...it's the one place that I am the only one allowed. No one touches my bed. My bed is all me, not germs from outside places. That's like my biggest idiosyncracy...I've had friends come over and jump in my bed, and after they leave I change the sheets. I'm not normally a clean freak, but that's like my one thing. So I definitely shower before bed, so I'm nice and fresh and my germs are all mine.
