The kind that comes in sheets looks like aluminum foil.Does it really help or is it necessary?Will aluminum foil work?Have some shop lights against the wall growing some small herbs and put aluminum foil on the wall and it gets good reflection.Only thing is though, the light escapes into the rest of the room, lighting up the whole room pretty much.So i was thinking about putting a mirror on the other side of the wall or something.Will that work?Does anyone use mirrors? Wouldn't that be best?
