I made this at Christmas, and it would be just as good with chickenBBQ Turkey Thighs 3/4 c Chili sauce 1 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 2 ts Prepared mustard 2 Turkey thighs, (about 12 oz.each) 1 ts Chili powder 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees FIn a small nonreactive baking dish, combine the chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and mustardPlace the thighs, skin side down, in the dish; turn to coatSeason the skin with the chili powder and garlic powderCover the dish with aluminum foil2Bake for 45 minutesRemove the foil and continue baking, basting occasionally with the sauce, until the thighs are tender, about 15 to 25 minutesMicrowave instructions: Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe baking dishTent with wax paperCook on high (100%) for 5 minutesCook on medium (50%) for 20 minutesLet stand, covered with aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
