I have had 2 C-Sections and am just wondering what this means, I understand the reperation part, just not the running locked fashion?
I would say the correct terminology would be installer or security installation
Garbage disposal's shouldn't be tampered with by just anybody, it would be dangerous. Why not call a plumber?
